Based on the MB-78EI system, Asos Fire offers a transparent, fire-rated wall solution known as the “EI 30–EI 90 Flush-Glazed Office Partition with a Silicone-Joint Appearance.” The system allows internal partitions to be constructed without visible vertical profiles separating individual glass wall modules, while maintaining full fire resistance.
The gap between glass panels is just 4 mm and is filled with intumescent firestop material and non-combustible silicone. The silicone is available in three colours: black, grey and white.
Fire-rated partitions constructed with this system can reach heights of up to 3.6 metres, with individual modules up to 1.8 metres wide. Since fire tests at the Building Research Institute (ITB) were conducted using a “free-edge” configuration, there is no restriction on the total length of these walls.

Combining sound insulation with fire resistance, the system can be adapted to different architectural requirements. Its flexible application options help create cohesive designs for both interior and exterior spaces.
